There’s been a lot of talk about automation in the hospitality industry, use of robots and AI and there are hotels across Japan, China that seem to have taken a leap in delivering the next level of hospitality experience.

After all the news we have heard from Japan’s Henn-na hotel, another newly opened hotel called Flyzoo, which is owned by Chinese e-commerce and media giant Alibaba is being termed as the first future hotel. It has opened recently in Hangzhou, China and brings together a range of digital and tech innovations in the hotel industry.
